Born and raised in the Sunset District of San Francisco, Tanya chose to stay in the city by the bay because of her roots. Her parents immigrated from South America, and this is the city they chose to stay in and raise their children. Tanya continued in the same fashion raising her children in San Francisco and this is also the city where she met her husband, Oleg, of 31 years. Together they have 2 kids, Victoria, 27, and Alec, 24. They currently live in the Lakeshore area.
