A San Francisco native with deep roots in the Sunset District, Tanya Bolshakoff knows the community she works in like the back of her hand. She loves the unique neighborhoods and diverse architecture, and her longstanding presence in the city has helped her develop a pristine reputation in the San Francisco and Peninsula communities.
Tanya started her real estate career over 16 years ago and has her parents to thank for instilling a passion for the industry. In the '70s and '80s, Tanya's parents frequently flipped homes and watched their raw ambition and positive attitude while working inspired Tanya to get involved herself in Real Estate.
Today, Tanya is among the most consistent, trusted, and reputable agents in San Francisco. Her clients know her to be a prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable negotiator that they can count on to get the job done right.
Regardless of whom she's working, Tanya prides herself on committing 150% to every transaction. Her passion for the job and dedication to making the home buying experience fun gives her an edge over her competitors. Tanya goes above and beyond to keep her clients well-informed and reassured throughout the entire home buying process. For Tanya, there is nothing better than seeing a smile on a client’s face when they know they've found their dream home.
There is nothing else Tanya would rather be doing than working as a Realtor® with one of the best companies around. Even when she's not in the office, Tanya can't resist checking out homes in whatever place she happens to visit. The day she passed her exam and officially became a licensed Realtor® is among her proudest moments and she later furthered her education by becoming a Certified International Property Specialist.
Tanya is also fluent in Russian, and her international concentration is in Russia. Her personal experience motivated her to volunteer at the non-profit Russian American Community Services—an organization providing congregate and home-delivered meals to seniors in the SF area. She currently serves on the board of directors as vice president.
She also loves to take long walks and go on road trips with her family, including her husband, Oleg, of 32 years, and their children Victoria, 27, and Alec, 25.
